Payment & Returns

Payments:

We use PayPal & Shopify to process all transactions.

PayPal & Shopify are amongst the worlds most trusted and secure payment providers.

For PayPal, simply sign in securely to complete your purchase.

If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click on ‘Check Out as Guest’ and enter your card details to complete your purchase.

Please note, your payment will show as JVR Portfolio on your card statement.

NO PROBLEM RETURNS! 

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice.  

Please include a covering note including the following information: 

Your name

Your address, including postcode

Contact telephone number

Your order number (found on your order confirmation email)

Details of the items being returned

State whether you're need a Refund OR Replacement

Reason for return

If you require a replacement, please state which item and size you need

All we ask is that they are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged, as any damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.

The easiest way to return an item to us is via the Post Office using one of their recommended parcel services. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. 

As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days and we will let you know as soon as any refund has been processed.  Please note that your original postage costs paid when placing your order will not be refunded if you are returning an item for a refund or exchange for any reason other than faulty.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it has a manufacturing fault, we will be more than happy to refund your postage costs. We will refund up to the equivalent of a Post Office standard parcel cost.  If however you are returning unwanted goods or need to exchange for a different size/design, we're afraid that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. Any goods returned which are in used condition will only have a refund if they have a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
