All orders are dispatched within two working days using either Royal Mail or Parcel Force Couriers. 

 

All orders under £75 are sent via Royal Mail on a 1 to 2 working day service and orders over £75 are sent through our Couriers on a next working day delivery. 

 

 

If you provide us with a mobile number when placing your order, we can offer you a free Text Alert service so you can keep fully up to date with the progress of your order. We can even even give you a specific time on the day your order is being delivered. This service is for orders over £75 only.  

 

The driver will require a signature upon delivery, or will leave a card if there is no-one in. You will then need to contact the courier to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the package from their depot. The package will normally be returned to us after a week; we can resend the order, but will re-charge the delivery fee to do so.

We now offer a Tracked & Insured International Delivery Service to France, Germany & Spain.
